Your title should appear EXACTLY the same as recorded with the Tax Office.

You can find your Tax File Number on the front page of a past Tax Return or on a past Notice of Assessment from the Tax Office. You do not have to provide your TFN (i.e. it is not compulsory) but if you don’t include it there could be a processing delay by the Tax Office. Give us your TFN later by phone if you don’t have it handy right now.

Note that you are not required by law to supply your TFN but failure to do so usually results in significant delay
